Free Roadmap
If you’re concerned about your memory (or the memory of someone you love), one of the biggest questions you probably have is, “What should I do about it?”
Most of us haven’t dealt with memory loss before so we’re not sure if the “symptoms” we’re experiencing (or observing) are normal or something to be worried about. Nor do we have any idea how to find the answer.
That’s why we created this Memory Loss Roadmap. It provides an easy-to-follow, step-by-step guide to memory loss designed to help you determine exactly what’s going on.
To use this memory loss guide, just download it, print it out, and follow the steps in order.
Along the way you’ll not only create a wealth of information to share with a physician, but also a central record of the steps you’ve taken so you can refer to them later.
To be clear, only a trained physician can diagnose a memory-related condition. But to do so, they need your help to understand exactly what symptoms the person is experiencing (or what symptoms you’re seeing.) Our Memory Loss Roadmap was created in conjunction with a cognitive neurologist, so it includes everything a doctor will be looking for.
Download the roadmap. Follow the steps. You’ll find the answers you’re looking for.
